D. Victor Dawson – Founder & President
In the last 41 years, Victor has held several senior executive and consulting positions with responsibility for product sourcing, manufacturing, distribution/fulfillment, quality assurance, and shipping & logistics. He has worked extensively in Asia, especially in China, during the last 18 years with a wide variety of suppliers for apparel, toys, plush animals, furniture, printing, tools, and electronics. In Fall of 2003 he lived in Shanghai, China and has learned to speak basic Mandarin. He has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Tech and also an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.
Charles S. Gilbert – Partner
As a registered Professional Engineer, Charles has more than 40 years consulting experience with companies in virtually all regions of the world. He has provided results-oriented services to companies in the United States, Canada, Asia, Latin America, the Caribbean, Europe, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. He has served as Chairman of the Technical Advisory Committee of the American Apparel and Footwear Association and has served in other industry leadership positions. He has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and is a frequent speaker at conferences, seminars, and trade shows.
Together this team has worked or consulted with a well-known group of excellent companies including Columbia Sportswear, Sara Lee, Wilson Sporting Goods, Victoria¹s Secret, My Twinn, WearGuard, Milliken and Company, The Limited, Inc., Williamson-Dickie, Gap, Cintas, and Perry Ellis.
